Can my Qogita account get banned for using ATLAS?
No. ATLAS is an official Qogita partner — every feature is verified and allowed on Qogita. It signs in with your own account and orders exactly the way you would by hand: your profile, your payment, your normal checkout, just faster.
How does Auto-Checkout work?
You define the rules per product: target price, region and quantity. The moment a Qogita offer meets them, ATLAS places the order with your own Qogita account — the same checkout you would do by hand, just faster than watching the catalogue yourself.
Can Auto-Checkout accidentally buy something?
No. Auto-Checkout only fires on rules you set yourself — product, target price, region and quantity. If an offer doesn't meet them, nothing happens. You set the floor; it never buys above it.
What is a minimum order value (MOV) on Qogita?
Most Qogita suppliers only ship carts above a minimum order value. If your cart stays below it, the order simply doesn't go out — you either add more products or walk away from the deal. How ATLAS fills that gap without costing your margin is covered in the next question.
What does the MOV Helper actually do?

What fees does Qogita charge, and how do they affect my Amazon margin?
Qogita's fees depend on how you pay. Pay by bank and bank transfer are free; card payments, including Apple Pay, add a 2% fee shown before you confirm. Buy Now, Pay Later through Mondu is free at 30 days, 2.90% at 60 days and 4.50% at 90 days, with the exact rate set by a third-party risk check for each buyer. Catalogue prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout, and shipping varies by supplier — check Qogita's current terms, as these can change. On the resale side it's your Amazon FBA and referral fees plus national VAT (DE 19%, FR 20%, IT 22%, ES 21%) that really decide the margin, and those are exactly what ATLAS works out for you.
Does ATLAS work out my real profit after Amazon fees and VAT?
Yes. For every Qogita offer, ATLAS computes ROI and margin after Amazon FBA fees, referral fees and the correct national VAT for each marketplace (DE 19%, FR 20%, IT 22%, ES 21%) — not a rough number off the shelf price. The buy target it shows you is the highest Qogita price that still leaves the profit you asked for. The payment fees on the Qogita side are your choice at checkout: pay by bank or use the 30-day fee-free Mondu option and you avoid them entirely.
How do catalogue monitoring, price-drop alerts and Auto-Checkout fit together?
ATLAS scans the Qogita catalogue continuously against Amazon demand and price data. What if a supplier's minimum order value is higher than one profitable line?
Qogita suppliers set their own minimum order values, and some sit above a single profitable product. A minimum order value is a floor on your total order with that supplier, so you reach it by adding more stock — the trick is adding products that are still profitable rather than filler that drags your margin down. The MOV Helper filters that supplier's whole catalogue to the best add-ons that still pass your rules, so you hit the minimum without dead stock. Do I have to pay VAT on wholesale stock I resell on Amazon?
Qogita's catalogue prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. If you're VAT-registered in the EU, the input VAT you pay on stock is usually reclaimable, so it isn't normally a real cost — but that depends on your registration and country, so treat this as general information, not tax advice, and confirm the details with your accountant. ATLAS applies the correct national VAT (DE 19%, FR 20%, IT 22%, ES 21%) when it works out your Amazon margin, so the profit you see reflects the real economics rather than a VAT-inclusive sticker price.
