How to reach a Qogita supplier’s minimum with the MOV Helper

In this guide:
1. Prepare a Monitor profile for add-ons
The MOV Helper filters a supplier’s catalogue with one of your Monitor profiles. In the Monitor, pick a profile or click New to create one just for supplier minimums, as the video does, and set its filters, for example ROI, margin and profit on the Profit tab.
2. Find add-ons for the supplier that is short
Open the MOV Helper with your Qogita account connected. It reads your cart and shows what each supplier still needs: €120 of a €250 minimum in the screenshot. Click Find add-ons, choose your profile under Profile and click Add on the products that suit your order. Then click Go to cart and check in Qogita that the products are there and the minimum is reached before you check out.

Where can I see the amount still missing for each supplier in my cart?
The MOV Helper reads your Qogita cart and shows the remaining amount for each supplier. Start with the supplier whose minimum is blocking the item you want to buy.
How long does the supplier catalogue scan take in the MOV walkthrough?
The walkthrough gives around one to two minutes for the supplier’s catalogue scan. Treat that as an estimate, not a fixed completion time.
Can I use a dedicated Monitor profile just for MOV add-ons?
Yes. The helper lets you select a Monitor profile for the search. The video uses a profile created specifically for minimum-order-value purchases.
What should I confirm in Qogita after adding MOV products?
Check that the selected products are in your Qogita cart and that the supplier’s minimum order value is reached. You can then check out the order if you are happy with the products.
