What makes ATLAS different for sourcing on Qogita?
4 steps connect product research to a supplier order. We show you why individual offers matter, how Ungate in the Monitor searches by brand for an invoice, how Auto-Checkout watches your buying conditions and how the MOV Helper finds matching add-ons.

In this guide:
- Look beyond the headline price
- Search by brand when you need an invoice
- Set conditions for products you buy again
- Keep your sourcing criteria when filling an order
1. Look beyond the headline price
We track individual Qogita offers, including marketplace-invoice and pre-order status, so the cheapest offer is not your only option. A slightly dearer offer may have the invoice you need, or be available without a pre-order. Use the Monitor results to compare the selected Qogita price with Amazon prices and estimated profit.
2. Search by brand when you need an invoice
We use offer-level marketplace-invoice data in Ungate. Choose a brand and the quantities you need to look for an order that may support an Amazon ungating application; an available invoice does not promise approval.
3. Set conditions for products you buy again
For a product you regularly buy, create an Auto-Checkout session with your buying target and conditions. We monitor those conditions so you do not have to revisit the product page every day; ATLAS can place an order when they are met, and you complete payment yourself.
4. Keep your sourcing criteria when filling an order
If the supplier minimum is still out of reach, open the MOV Helper and click Find add-ons. We search that supplier’s catalogue using your selected profile, so you can review additional products against the same sourcing criteria before adding them.
Questions
Why can a slightly higher Qogita offer price be more useful?
The cheapest offer may lack a marketplace invoice, while another offer includes one. Looking at individual offers helps you choose on invoice availability as well as price.
What if the cheapest Qogita offer is a pre-order?
If you exclude pre-orders, ATLAS can look for the cheapest offer that meets that condition instead. The lowest headline price may therefore differ from the offer that fits your search.
Do repeat purchases mean checking the same product page every day?
You can instead create an Auto-Checkout session for the product with your target price and conditions. ATLAS monitors them and can place an order when they are met; you still pay for the order yourself.
Why use my sourcing rules for the last products in a supplier order?
Reaching the supplier minimum does not make an extra product worth buying. The MOV Helper uses your selected profile to find additional products that may also be profitable, so you can assess them before filling the gap.
