1. Connect the Amazon account you sell with
In Settings, open Connections and connect your Amazon account. We use that connection to check listing eligibility for products shown in your Monitor profiles.
2. Limit your profile to products you can list
Open your Monitor profile’s Competition filters and turn on Sellable. This keeps products your connected Amazon account can list without approval.
3. Switch to invoice offers when you need approval
For an ungating search, turn off Sellable and open the Qogita filters. Enable Require marketplace invoice and set the minimum buyable quantity to the number your application needs, such as 100 units. An invoice offer does not mean your account already has approval.
Questions
How does ATLAS check whether my account can list a product?
It uses your connected Amazon account to check the products displayed in your Monitor profiles. Eligibility is account-specific.
Why turn off Sellable when looking for an ungating order?
Sellable limits the profile to products you can already list. Turning it off lets you look for invoice offers for products that may still need approval.
Does the marketplace-invoice filter mean I can already sell the product?
No. It selects offers with a marketplace invoice available. Use Sellable to filter for your account’s listing eligibility.
Why does the eligibility video set the minimum buyable quantity to 100?
The video uses 100 units as an example for beauty brands whose applications may require that quantity. Match the quantity to your application; it is not a rule for every brand.
